We have gotten into the Road Trip scene recently. It's a perfect way to not worry about how much your packing, or stress about catching transportation, or having to navigate overcrowded airports and train stations. WE have been fortunate too! Due to Josh having multiple job trainings we have had the opportunity to road trip through some awesome American country that we wouldn't otherwise have planned to.
Out most recent road trip.....
Raleigh -> Charlottesville -> Bridgewater ->Niagara-on-the-Lake -> Niagara Falls -> Detroit -> Columbus -> Asheville
One of the most important tools in guaranteeing a successful trip is planning carefully and making sure that you are prepared for whatever may come your way.
Josh and I tend to pack very lightly.... unless we are roadtrippin' which really decreases our planning stress by a ton. Whenever we fly, whether it's for a quick weekend trip or a two week long adventure, we always pack just a carry-on. When we are traveling via car we pack everything but the kitchen sink -Josh's words- not that I haven't thought about packing the sink though- We have learned how to bring our essentials while maintaining organization.
This month's "Wine & Dine" post is a bread that I made just last night and fell completely in love with. I absolutely crave bread.... all the time! I love it! So, when I discover a new bread, that's actually not completely horrible for me I love it even more! I was so excited to share with all of you!
I altered the recipe just a tad, as I will discuss later. However, I originally borrowed this recipe! Click for Recipe!
