We had attempted Chicken Tacos a few weeks before and weren't satisfied by them. So, we decided to try again. This time with ground beef. We were so pleased with how they turned out. It was easy and tasty! We will be trying it again.
Add 2 tsp of Whole30 approved cooking oil to skillet.
Sautee Onions, Peppers, Garlic and half of the Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt & Pepper over md. heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
Remove vegetable mixture from pan & add the Ground Beef to the pan. Cook through (about 5-10 minutes) adding the rest of the cumin, chili powder and salt/pepper.
Drain fat and return the Vegetable mixture to pan.
Add diced tomatoes and let simmer from 5-30 minutes (the longer it sits, the more flavor there will be) Add the ground Beef mixture to Lettuce
