While completing my Whole30 Challenge I been able to experiment with some delicious smoothie recipes. Now, if you're anything like I was at the beginning and a little uneasy about stepping out and trying something you new, you may enjoy some helpful, simple recipes to get you started. Enjoy! Sweet Green Ingredients:
Combine all the ingredients. Add Ice ( I always start out with less and add more as I blend), and about 2 Tablespoons of Water. Let sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Enjoy! Purely Purple Ingredients:
Combine all the ingredients. Add ice ( I always start out with less and add more as I blend), and about 2 TBLSP of Water. Let sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes, grab a straw and enjoy!
